So I went to The Black Rabbit for my birthday dinner with my brother, step mum and my dad, my parents are divorced hence why I did separate things with my mum and my dad. I had the best time, my parents live in total different parts of the country meaning to see my dad I have to travel to, he lives in London and my mum lives in Brighton area. I used to o to Arundel all the time when I was little but I had never really been to the castle or spent any time looking around the village or crooks and crannys of the streets, this means that I haven't really ever seen the beautiful side of Arundel so we decided to just have a wonder and have obviously take loads of photos!!We had a lovely walk along the seafront which is just so relaxing and chill, the dogs I have to say have to say seeing my Londoner of a step mum walking along he wet sand in black wedges legit made my day! Like seriously I understand your all about that fashion and work for @primpstreet however were walking along the beach! But she looked amazing as always! I love walking and I really enjoy just walking with the dogs or on my own or with friends in the wind with the fresh crisp air! Its a really relaxing thing todo.
The Black Rabbit in Arundel caters so well for all types of people, its one of those wintery type pubs that your been on a really long walk and its freezing and you go in for a drink and just to sit by the fire however, they are dog friendly in the whole restaurant/ pub which means that it allows you to spend such a lovey time in a pub. We spent about 2 hours there chatting, eating and the surroundings and atmosphere is just beautiful.
My dad had: Prawn Cocktail to start with,
Main: He had Roast Lamb with all the trimmings
Desert: He had warm chocolate Brownie with vanilla ice cream.
Heather had:
Starter: Creamy garlic mushrooms
Main: Roast Pork with all the trimmings
Desert: Black forest Sunday
Alex had :
Starter: Prawn cocktail
Main: Bacon and Cheese burger and fries
Desert: Cherry pie with vanilla custard; this was displayed in a cute little pan which the pie had been warmed up in.
I had:
Starter: Cheddar and Bacon potato skins
Main: 10inch Pork and herb banger and mash
Desert: Chocolate Brownies with vanilla ice cream
It was so lovely to catch up with my dad and step mum because they both are self employed and work so hard meaning they don't really have much time for keeping in contact. So to spend a lovely day which was warmish like it was quite cold and got colder as the day got on!! We fud a cute lil telephone box obviously to take some pictures in too!
My step mum works for a new app called primp street which is a beauty stockist app which helps you find the nearest stockists of your favourite mid to high end beauty brands!
More brands are added daily!! Check out Primp street in the app store or on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/primpstreet/
Lots of Love
