Myself and my mum are really close! She lost all her family when she was 16 and she lost her sister 4 years ago, we have always been close but my relationship with her allows us to travel the world together!! She's like my best friend well she is my best friend! By being so close we have the best friendship i could possibly ever ask for.. Well I recently wrote a post about Antigua its was her 50th birthday treat and it was just us two but, its been a tough year so far for many personal reasons so she decide to surprise me with a 5 day getaway to Greece, i have always wanted to go and we went to Mykonos!! BUZZIN!
I'd never been to Greece before so I had no idea how beautiful Mykonos would be! I was told when we were on the plane that the beaches would be as amazing as Antigua/ the Caribbean I didn't quite believe my mum until we arrived!! However its a much shorter journey to Greece than Antigua and i would defiantly go again! We went to the underground spa and had some treatments and just relaxed away from social media, away from college and away from school.
Many people say that travelling isn't for everyone but I have to say if you have the perfect companion then its the best!
You only get one life and that's all, you don't get nine lives like cats!(How I wish we did) Yu should live it, don't live in the past but don't live in the future live for today, Dot regret your choices or decisions because every second every decision is what builds your future and who you are!!
Its been great fun travelling and I'm looking forward to the future!
